These terms apply to your use of Photoalbumz at our website, operated by DRstudios. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Photoalbumz lets you design photo albums in your browser and download them as image files. Designing is free. Full-resolution downloads require a paid plan; a free, low-resolution watermarked preview is available.
Accounts
You need to sign in to download. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
Plans & payments
- Album purchase — unlimited downloads, high and low resolution, of the one album it was bought for.
- 30-day and 1-year passes — unlimited downloads of all your albums for the period. Passes are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
- Premium plans additionally unlock the 👑 designer templates for full-resolution download.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and charged through Razorpay.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos and text. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you add. We do not receive your photos (see the Privacy Policy).
Templates
Layouts and designer templates are licensed to you for creating your own albums, including albums you make for your clients. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, or use it for unlawful content.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Please check your exports before printing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
